Close/Reopen Stepwise Job

The Stepwise Job can be closed or reopened at any time. Closing a completed Stepwise Job is neccessary if you don’t need to monitor the steps and issues of it.

People will continue to receive the email notifications if any issue specified by any step of this Stepwise Job is unmatched or matched again to the specified status. Some time it’s useful but for most of cases this is useless and disturbing.

Close Stepwise Job

Click the button “…” next to the button “Edit Job” to pop up a dropdown menu. Then select the menu item “Close Job” from the dropdown menu to close the current Stepwise Job.

The step list will be disabled and displayed in gray. The button “Complete” and “Undo” will disappear.

Reopen Stepwise Job

Select the menu item “Reopen Job” from the dropdown menu to make the current Stepwise Job be active.
