Complete/Undo Step

Step is the basic unit for the Stepwise Job and used to timely reflect the progress of a Stepwise Job. When a step of a Stepwise Job is completed, it’s supposed to update the progress and notify the users who are monitoring the Stepwise Job. There are two actions by users to complete a step.

Manually Complete To Do Task Step

Click the button “Complete” to complete a To Do Task step.

Open

Click the button “Undo” to remove the Complete flag for a To Do Task step.

Automatically Complete Issue Status Check Step

User cannot manually complete a Issue Status Check step. Only when all issues specified by the Status Check step are matched to the specified statuses by this Issue Status Check step, it will then be completed automatically.

For example, the issue MD-3 is not matched as below, so the step is not completed yet.

Let’s changed the status of the issue MD-3 to “Done” which is specified for the field “Status to Match” of this Issue Status Check step.

When we come back to the Stepwise Job in Issue View Panel, it shows the Issue Stepwise Job is completed now.
