Introduction

Easy Heading Macro for Confluence Cloud is a Macro plugin developed by Shinetech Software for Atlassian Confluence product to help user navigate the content of pages in an easy way.

This macro provide a floating Table of Contents style Navigation side bar for users on a page/blogpost.

The official macro Table of Content dosen't provide floating function, so we implemented this as a new Macro for users who really need this ability. This macro is pretty helpful when there is very long content on the page.

Main Features

• Provide an always-visible Floating Table of Contents style Naivgation sidebar

• Allow to configure the title, position, width, height for the floating sidebar

• Ability to hide the sidebar and show it when user hovers mouse on the floating icon

• Allow to select heading levels to be presented in the sidebar

• Ability to make the hierarchy heading links expandable in the sidebar

• Ability to set indent for heading links in the sidebar

• Allow the admin to configure default parameters

• Allow user to add related links into the sidebar manually or filter with labels

• Allow user to configure the macro directly from the byline item below page title

• Allow admin user to configure the position the macro is inserted on the page

• Allow admin user to configure the font size and weight

• Support numbering headings
