Limitations for Cloud App

There are limitations on the cloud platform for app development. Currently we are not able to implement some features like our macro for Data Center.

Please help to vote on the suggestions we raised to Atlassian Team. Thank you!

1. Feature: Support Edit Mode

Our cloud macro doesn’t support edit mode because the heading link (page url + “#” + heading tag) is not working in edit mode. Our cloud macro is in iframe on the confluence page so it can only leverage the heading link for the navigation function.

2. Bug: Jumping position is not correct

CONFCLOUD-78929 Clicking on the heading link does not redirect to the correct position.

3. Live Docs

Easy Heading Macro for Confluence Cloud does not currently support Live Docs (the floating sidebar TOC will not display on a Live Doc).

We plan to migrate this Cloud app to Forge this year. After the Forge migration, we expect to support Live Docs.
