This macro provide a floating Table of Contents style Navigation side bar for users on a page/blogblogpost.
The official macro Table of Content dosen't provide floating function, so we implemented this as a new Macro for users who really need this ability. This macro is pretty helpful when there is very long content on the page.

Provide an always-visible Floating Table of Contents style Naivgation side bar
Make the hierarchy heading links expandable in the sidebar
Give user the ability to choose which heading levels he wants to apply this macro
Allow user to set the indent at each heading level for the items within the Navigation side bar
Provide the display mode for user to hide the side bar and show it when hovering mouse on itsidebar
Allow to configure the title, position, width, height for the floating sidebar
Ability to hide the sidebar and show it when user hovers mouse on the floating icon
Allow to select heading levels to be presented in the sidebar
Ability to make the hierarchy heading links expandable in the sidebar
Ability to set indent for heading links in the sidebar
Allow the admin to configure default parameters (New)
Allow user to add related links into the sidebar manually or filter with labels (New)
