When this addon is installed in the first place, as the Jira administrator you have to set up the permissions before any users can use this addon.
On the page Manage apps, you can click “Permissions” menu item, the buttons “Get started” or “Configure” to enter the Permissions configuration page.
There are no any groups selected for these permissions when the addon is installed first time. Assign the user groups for the 3 types of users.
Limited Users: Grant user groups to create, edit and delete their own reminders which only send emails to themselves.
Normal Users: Grant user groups to create, edit and delete their own reminders.
Administrators: Grant user groups to create, edit and delete anyone's reminders.
