Once the addon is installed, the user would see the secion of addon appearing in the panel of issue details page.
Clicking the button “+ Reminder” will pop up a dialog to allow the user to create a new reminder for this issue.
You can select multiple issues in this dialog, this would create a reminder for each issue.
