When you have the macro configured in the footer in space tool, to exclude a page from the space being applied with the macro, you just need to insert a macro to that page, and disable the macro by unchecking the first option "Enable this Macro".

If there are more than one easy heading free macro on the same page, you must make sure do this to the first one. And please remember, inserting more than one macros on the same page doesn't make sense, because only the first one will work.
