Entry to the global pages
You can navigate to the global pages from the “Apps” menu on the top bar of Jira.
Reminders to Me
This page shows all reminders of which you are one of the recipients. You are able to edit/delete the reminder when you are the owner or the admin users. Clicking the “View History” option will show the archived reminders that have been already executed.
Manager Issue Reminders
This page shows all reminders created by yourself if you were a normal user. The admin users would be able to view and edit others' reminders when he unselects the option “Only I Created”. Clicking the “View History” option will show the archived reminders that have been already executed.
Manage Shortcuts
This page shows your shortcuts. The admin users would be able to view and edit others' shortcuts when he unselects the option “Only I Created”. You can enable or disable a shortcut by selecting “Enable” or “Disable” from the more menu next to “Edit” button. Clicking the “Only Enabled” option will only show the enabled shortcuts.
Manage Email Templates
This page shows your email templates. The admin users would be able to view and edit others' email templates when he unselects the option “Only I Created”.
